Secret Santa small

HOLIDAY DINNER & GIFT EXCHANGE

We will be having a small Holiday Dinner and Gift Exchange on Saturday, December 19th starting at 5 P.M.
Hacienda Colorado located at 4100 East Mexico Avenue (just off Colorado Blvd. and I-25).


We are limited to 30 and you must be a UTC dues-paying member to attend.
Dianne Anderson has been working with Hacienda Colorado's General Manager to ensure that we have a fun event and stay safe.
We’ll be on their covered heated patio which is considered outside dining and acceptable.

Cocktails and Socializing starts at 5 P.M. followed by Dinner and our Gift Exchange.
Please bring a wrapped gift priced between $25 - $30 – something you’d like to receive.
No Gag Gifts.


We'll have separate checks for our dinner and drinks.

Due to COVID 19 Restrictions, you’ll need to wear a mask as you enter the restaurant until seated at your table. We are unable to mingle between tables. As always, do not attend if you are experiencing symptoms or are uncomfortable with socializing. If you have questions, please contact me, Dianne Anderson at di0905@comcast.net. Cancellation Policy:
Up the Creek Ski and Recreation Club (“UTC”) has a No Refund Policy for events/trips/activities.

Exceptions to this policy are granted as follows:

[* Medical, injury or death]: A personal medical condition or injury to you with a doctor’s involvement; death in the immediate family (parents, siblings, children, grandparents, NOTE: pets DO NOT count). The registrant cancelling must be able to provide relevant documentation regarding the injury, medical condition or death to obtain a full cancellation refund;

[* The trip is cancelled]: In some circumstances a trip will be cancelled for all registrants. NOTE: If the venue cancels the trip then UTC must receive its refund from the venue before they can issue refunds.

[* Someone cancels for any other reason]: In this case an exception is granted ONLY if the cancelled spot is filled. In the case where a cancelled spot is filled, a cancellation fee is applied based on the price of the trip and the balance is refunded.
Trips priced at $500 or higher: $100 cancellation fee.
Trips priced from $200 to $499: $50 cancellation fee.
Trips price at $199 or lower: $25 cancellation fee.

If you cancel in the seven days prior to the trip start date, you will only be eligible for a refund if the cancellation is due to injury/illness/death and you have provided the proper documentation to the Trip Leader.

You MUST go through your trip leader/host to cancel and seek reimbursement. If you meet the refund requirements, UTC will refund the credit card used for the trip/event payment for the amount that you paid minus any applicable service fee. Please allow up to thirty (30) days from the event/trip/activity end date for any refund checks, credit card refunds, or comps to be issued. Cancellations are typically processed in the order received.

[*] Please let your trip leader(s) know ASAP if you need to cancel.
[*] Under no circumstances may a participant advertise their trip for sale.
[*] Only your trip leader/host can fill your spot.
