NOTE: Once you sign up for an activity you will receive emails from "Up The Creek Ski & Rec Club" and/or "ClubExpress Support" depending on the situation. Make sure you add these to your contacts or review your spam/junk folder often for them.
Please review the following on how to make payments for a trip. TRIP PAYMENTS
- 4 days and 3 nights stay at the luxurious, LODGE at STEAMBOAT condominiums, with Complimentary Shuttle Service to and from the mountain and town are included. These condos are located just a short shuttle ride away from the gondola base. Will be staying in 2 and 3 bedroom condos on the 1st and 2nd floors.
- Fun and Leisure. When it comes to either, Steamboat Springs has it all. Shopping, restaurants, and nightlife … No shortage of things to do, see, and places to experience. See out list of Optional Activities listed below.
- Complimentary Friday evening PIZZA PARTY / HAPPY HOUR, (Signup listed below) hosted by your Trip Leaders. Includes Pizza, Salad, Veggies, Fruit, Gluten-free options, Beer and Wine. NOTE: Due to limited seating capacity, please select your preferred time for our Welcome Pizza Party / Happy Hour. Spots fill up fast!

Optional Bus Transportation -
We are offering optional bus transportation to and from Steamboat for those who wish to skip the hassle of driving. Parking is extremely limited at THE LODGE, with only one parking spot available per condo! Once the parking lot is full, you might be required to park off-site, which could be as much as $20 per night. We include breakfast burritos on the bus for the ride up to Steamboat. Beer, wine, snacks, and dinner sandwiches for the ride back to Denver. We only have 52 spots available. Only $67 round trip.

Optional Steamboat Discount Group Lift Tickets -
If you do not have an Ikon Base Ski Pass (which gives you 5 days at Steamboat Ski Resort), group discounted lift tickets are available to us through The Lodge, providing we purchase a minimum of 20 tickets. Prices are listed below and you do not have to specify the exact dates that you will be skiing. Deadline for purchasing these tickets is January 5th, 2024. The on-line price for a ticket purchased 7 days in advance is approximately $200 and $249 per day if purchased at the Steamboat ticket office. This group discount is great!

THE ICE HOUSE ON YAMPA
Join us for the annual Steamboat Springs Dinner & Dance on our last night in Steamboat! This is always a fun event to finish the trip with! We start off with a cocktail and appetizers hour, followed by a nice sit down dinner at the Ice House. We will have the entire bar/restaurant to ourselves. The price of the dinner includes a delicious entrée (choice of 4 different entrees) along with a salad, vegetable side, bread, brownie desert table, soft drinks, Ice tea, gratuity and tax all included. Prices are $62 and $72 depending on your selection. After dinner we will have to move around a few tables to create a dance floor, DJ Jimbo will be playing great dance music for us until 11:00 PM.
Dancing will start after dinner with Jimbo serving as our DJ.
(NOTE: not included in the main trip price.)

ADDITIONAL OPTIONAL ACTIVITIES:
Fun and Leisure. When it comes to either, Steamboat Springs has it all. Shopping, Restaurants, and Nightlife … No Shortage of things to do, see, and places to experience. Even if you are not a skier or only want to ski one or two days, there is so much to do and see! We usually have about eight to twelve non-skiers on our trip, so why not join us on the trip and explore some of these other great activities?
Downtown Hot Springs:In town Hot Springs and Spa for about $18. Can take the shuttle from The Lodge or the free town bus to get there and back.
Strawberry Hot Springs: (info@strawberryhotspirngs.com) is a 30 minute drive from Steamboat and blends the beautiful scenery with several thermal pools. Best Hot Springs in the state! Clothing is optional after dark and reservations are required! There is a shuttle in Steamboat that will take you to the Springs for about $60 round trip. You can drive there but you need to have a 4 wheel drive vehicle. Cost of the Hot Springs is $20, cash only, no credit cards.
Downtown Steamboat: Lots of unique shops, excellent pubs, restaurants, nightlife, and more, just a short shuttle ride into town. Check out the iconic F.M. Light & Sons Western Wear store! Great for an evening or afternoon.

ROOMMATE DISCLAIMER:
Double occupancy is standard on all trips. UTC attempts to honor roommate and rooming requests, but they are not guaranteed. Final room assignments are at the trip leader(s) discretion as room assignment changes may be required up to the time of trip departure. In some instances, trip participants may be assigned to room with a person they do not know, or may have to share a bed with a person they do not know of the same sex. If you do not wish to share a room or bed, single rooms may be available at additional cost. There may be instances when a trip participant must pay for single occupancy in order to go on the trip. Please check with the trip leader(s) for more information.

Cancellation Policy:
Up the Creek Ski and Recreation Club (“UTC”) has a No Refund Policy for events/trips/activities.
Exceptions to this policy are granted as follows:
[* Medical, injury or death]: A personal medical condition or injury to you with a doctor’s involvement; death in the immediate family (parents, siblings, children, grandparents, NOTE: pets DO NOT count). The registrant cancelling must be able to provide relevant documentation regarding the injury, medical condition or death to obtain a full cancellation refund;
[* The trip is cancelled]: In some circumstances a trip will be cancelled for all registrants. NOTE: If the venue cancels the trip then UTC must receive its refund from the venue before they can issue refunds.
[* Someone cancels for any other reason]: In this case an exception is granted ONLY if the cancelled spot is filled. In the case where a cancelled spot is filled, a cancellation fee is applied based on the price of the trip and the balance is refunded.
Trips priced at $500 or higher: $100 cancellation fee.
Trips priced from $200 to $499: $50 cancellation fee.
Trips price at $199 or lower: $25 cancellation fee.
If you cancel in the seven days prior to the trip start date, you will only be eligible for a refund if the cancellation is due to injury/illness/death and you have provided the proper documentation to the Trip Leader.
You MUST go through your trip leader/host to cancel and seek reimbursement. If you meet the refund requirements, UTC will refund the credit card used for the trip/event payment for the amount that you paid minus any applicable service fee. Please allow up to thirty (30) days from the event/trip/activity end date for any refund checks, credit card refunds, or comps to be issued. Cancellations are typically processed in the order received.

[*] Under no circumstances may a participant advertise their trip for sale.
[*] Only your trip leader/host can fill your spot.
