LUXURY UPDATED ROOMS
Join us for this great 3 night trip, Tuesday, Dec. 26th thru Friday, Dec. 29th.  We got an awesome room rate at Harrah's Hotel at the center of the Las Vegas Strip!  Multiple bars with live bands & DJs within easy walking distance. The rooms are fabulous, newly renovated a few years ago. We are planning on attending at least 1 show a night, group dinners, and daytime trips depending on what everyone wants to do.  There will be some people who want to gamble but we are really gearing this trip to do things other than gambling.  There are so many interesting and fun shows and places to go in Vegas!   All Rooms have 2 Queen Beds, Tuesday Night Welcome Party food and drink included.Show Tickets will be purchased for the group after the planning meeting!

This itinerary will change and will be updated as we receive feedback from trip participants on what they want to do in Las Vegas. Here is what  we have so far: 
Tuesday Dec 26
4:00 pm Check in at Harrah's Hotel
5:00 pm Welcome Party in Curtis’s room with Pizza, Salad, Fruit, Beer & Wine.
8:00 pm Zombie Burlesque Show at the Miracle Mile Shops, tickets $49 & up, Derek buying tickets & hosting
9:45 pm Dueling Piano’s Show at Harrah’s Lounge (Free Show) or  one of the bars at the Linq hotel that has a band or DJ.

Wednesday Dec 27
11:00 am Group Brunch Location TBA
2:00 pm “Big Elvis” free show at Harrah’s Lounge. This performer is one of the best Elvis impersonators!
5:00 pm “The Rat Pack is Back” Italian Dinner at the Tuscany Resort, show to follow in the Showroom at 7:30 pm. Tickets for the dinner and show around $120 per person. Curtis is buying tickets & hosting.
OR, 7:00 pm David Copperfield Show @ MGM Grand, $94 and up, Jane Backo is hosting. 
9:30 pm High Roller Ferris Wheel, Tickets about $35.
10:40 pm Dueling Pianos at Harrah’s Lounge, Free Show, or the Linq Hotel.

Thursday Dec 28

2:00 pm Ghost Tour of Las Vegas. $20 cash paid day of. Rachel’s brother has been hosting this tour for years and has a special arrangement for us. See   https://vegasghosts.com/ for more info.
 5:45 pm Rusty’s Karaoke Show at Harrah’s Lounge, free show
7:15 pm Drinks and Dinner at Capo’s Italian Steakhouse & Speakeasy. Ladies drink for free in the bar, (4 drink max) Live Music Entertainment. Roaring 20s Speakeasy attire encouraged!  
9:30 pm The Sphere Experience, tickets $119 & up, Jerry is hosting. (Tickets already purchased)
11:30 pm Dueling Pianos at Harrahs Lounge or one of the bars at the Linq that has live music or DJ.

Double occupancy is standard on all trips. UTC attempts to honor roommate and rooming requests, but they are not guaranteed. Final room assignments are at the trip leader(s) discretion as room assignment changes may be required up to the time of trip departure. In some instances, trip participants may be assigned to room with a person they do not know.  If you do not wish to share a room or bed, single rooms may be available at additional cost. There may be instances when a trip participant must pay for single occupancy in order to go on the trip. Please check with the trip leader(s) for more information.

Cancellation Policy:
Up the Creek Ski and Recreation Club (“UTC”) has a No Refund Policy for events/trips/activities.

Exceptions to this policy are granted as follows:

[* Medical, injury or death]: A personal medical condition or injury to you with a doctor’s involvement; death in the immediate family (parents, siblings, children, grandparents, NOTE: pets DO NOT count). The registrant cancelling must be able to provide relevant documentation regarding the injury, medical condition or death to obtain a full cancellation refund;

[* The trip is cancelled]: In some circumstances a trip will be cancelled for all registrants. NOTE: If the venue cancels the trip then UTC must receive its refund from the venue before they can issue refunds.

[* Someone cancels for any other reason]: In this case an exception is granted ONLY if the cancelled spot is filled. In the case where a cancelled spot is filled, a cancellation fee is applied based on the price of the trip and the balance is refunded.
Trips priced at $500 or higher: $100 cancellation fee.
Trips priced from $200 to $499: $50 cancellation fee.
Trips price at $199 or lower: $25 cancellation fee.

If you cancel in the seven days prior to the trip start date, you will only be eligible for a refund if the cancellation is due to injury/illness/death and you have provided the proper documentation to the Trip Leader.

You MUST go through your trip leader/host to cancel and seek reimbursement. If you meet the refund requirements, UTC will refund the credit card used for the trip/event payment for the amount that you paid minus any applicable service fee. Please allow up to thirty (30) days from the event/trip/activity end date for any refund checks, credit card refunds, or comps to be issued. Cancellations are typically processed in the order received.
