NOTE: Once you sign up for an activity you will receive emails from "Up The Creek Ski & Rec Club" and/or "ClubExpress Support" depending on the situation. Make sure you add these to your contacts or review your spam/junk folder often for them.
Please review the following on how to make payments for a trip. TRIP PAYMENTS
- 4 days and 3 nights lodging at the luxurious TIMBER RUN CONDOS, with complimentary shuttle service to and from the mountain and town. These condos are located just a short shuttle ride away from the gondola base area. We will be staying in four and three bedroom condos. Parking is very limited at these condos so we need every trip participant to car pool to Steamboat or take the optional party bus to the resort.
- FUN and LEISURE When it comes to either, Steamboat Springs has it all. Shopping, restaurants, and nightlife. No shortage of things to do, see, and places to experience.
- Complimentary FRIDAY evening PIZZA PARTY / HAPPY HOUR at 4:00 PM until 7:30 PM. Hosted by your Trip Leaders. Includes Pizza, Salad, Gluten-free options, you pay for any drinks at the bar. Moving this party to one of the bar/restaurants on the mountain by the main gondola. More info to follow soon!
Optional Bus Transportation.
We are offering an optional Party Bus transportation to and from Steamboat for those who wish to skip the hassle of driving. Parking is extremely limited at Timber Run, with only two parking spots available per condo! Once the parking lot is full, you might be required to park off-site, which could be as much as $50 per night. We include breakfast burritos on the bus for the ride up to Steamboat. Beer, wine, snacks, and dinner sandwiches for the ride back to Denver. Only $86 round trip for UTC Members; $91 for all Non-Members, MeetUp Members, and Guests.

ADDITIONAL OPTIONAL ACTIVITIES:
Fun and Leisure. When it comes to either, Steamboat Springs has it all. Shopping, Restaurants, and Nightlife. No Shortage of things to do, see, and places to experience. Even if you are not a skier or only want to ski one or two days, there is so much to do and see! We usually have about eight to twelve non-skiers on our trip, so why not join us on the trip and explore some of these other great activities?
Downtown Hot Springs: In town Hot Springs and Spa for about $18. Can take the shuttle from The Lodge or the free town bus to get there and back.
Strawberry Hot Springs, County Road 36, Steamboat Springs, CO: (info@strawberryhotspirngs.com) is about a 30 minute drive from the condos and blends the beautiful scenery with several thermal pools. Best Hot Springs in the state! Clothing is optional after dark and reservations are required! Telephone number 970-879-0342. There is a shuttle in Steamboat that will take you to the Springs for about $60 round trip. You can drive there, however, you are required to have a 4 wheel drive vehicle with snow tires and or chains (This is a Routt County Law.) Cost of the Hot Springs is $20, cash only, no credit cards.
Downtown Steamboat: Lots of unique shops, excellent pubs, restaurants, nightlife, and more, just a short shuttle ride into town. Check out the iconic F.M. Light & Sons Western Wear store! Great for an evening or afternoon.

A deposit is required at time of trip registration.
50% of balance is due 90 days from trip start.
50% of balance is due 45 days from trip start.

NOTE: If the choice to select Single Occupancy is not provided during registration, you must sign up a second time to get Single Occupancy. Any duplicated extra costs will be refunded.

ROOMMATE DISCLAIMER:
Double occupancy is standard on all trips. UTC attempts to honor roommate and rooming requests, but they are not guaranteed. Final room assignments are at the trip leader(s) discretion as room assignment changes may be required up to the time of trip departure. In some instances, trip participants may be assigned to room with a person they do not know, or may have to share a bed with a person they do not know of the same sex. If you do not wish to share a room or bed, single rooms may be available at additional cost. There may be instances when a trip participant must pay for single occupancy in order to go on the trip. Please check with the trip leader(s) for more information.

Cancellation Policy:
Up the Creek Ski and Recreation Club (“UTC”) has a No Refund Policy for events/trips/activities.
Exceptions to this policy are granted as follows:
[* Medical, injury or death]: A personal medical condition or injury to you with a doctor’s involvement; death in the immediate family (parents, siblings, children, grandparents, NOTE: pets DO NOT count). The registrant cancelling must be able to provide relevant documentation regarding the injury, medical condition or death to obtain a full cancellation refund;
[* The trip is cancelled]: In some circumstances a trip will be cancelled for all registrants. NOTE: If the venue cancels the trip then UTC must receive its refund from the venue before they can issue refunds.
[* Someone cancels for any other reason]: In this case an exception is granted ONLY if the cancelled spot is filled. In the case where a cancelled spot is filled, a cancellation fee is applied based on the price of the trip and the balance is refunded.
Trips priced at $500 or higher: $100 cancellation fee.
Trips priced from $200 to $499: $50 cancellation fee.
Trips price at $199 or lower: $25 cancellation fee.
If you cancel in the seven days prior to the trip start date, you will only be eligible for a refund if the cancellation is due to injury/illness/death and you have provided the proper documentation to the Trip Leader.
You MUST go through your trip leader/host to cancel and seek reimbursement. If you meet the refund requirements, UTC will refund the credit card used for the trip/event payment for the amount that you paid minus any applicable service fee. Please allow up to thirty (30) days from the event/trip/activity end date for any refund checks, credit card refunds, or comps to be issued. Cancellations are typically processed in the order received.

[*] Under no circumstances may a participant advertise their trip for sale.
[*] Only your trip leader/host can fill your spot.
