We have 2 shuttles that will take us over to the Icehouse, one that will leave the Timber Run Condos at 5:10 PM, the next will leave the condos at 5:30 PM. For the return back to the condos the driver will give you a card with a phone number to call when you are ready to leave the Icehouse. Last shuttle pick up is 10:30 PM. Or, you can carpool over to the Icehouse, parking is limited
Join us for the annual Steamboat Springs Dinner & Dance on our last night in Steamboat!
This is always a fun event to finish the trip with!
We start off with a cocktail and appetizers hour, followed by a nice buffet dinner at the Yampa River Icehouse. We will have the entire bar/restaurant to ourselves. The price of the dinner includes a buffet entrée (Smoked Salmon or Smoked Prime Rib) along with a salad, bread, brownie desert table, soft drinks, ice tea, gratuity and tax all included. Vegan option also available. You will have to pay for alcoholic drinks and any appetizers you may want.
Wines by the glass start at $9, beer $5.
After dinner we will have to move around a few tables to create a dance floor.
DJ Jimbo will be playing great dance music for us until 10:30 PM.
To get to the Icehouse either carpool over or we will arrange the shuttles from the lodge to drop us off there and pick us up when we are ready to go home. Dress is casual, wear layers, it will get hot in the room once the dancing starts! Western wear is always a good fashion choice, this is Steamboat Springs after all!
To join us for the dinner please register for the event, and pay online. You will need to complete the payment transaction within 30 minutes or the system will automatically cancel your reservation. Or you can just attend the dance ONLY for $15 - pay cash at the door the night of the event.
