Please review the following on how to make payments for a trip. TRIP PAYMENTS

- Welcoming dinner at Pat O'Briens. Drinks are not included.
Some Things To Do in New Orleans -
New Orleans Jazz Festival
- Festival concerts will be between Thursday, April 23th to Sunday, April 26th, 2026.
- The festival lineup can be found at www.nojazzfest.com/music
- Music is from 11:00 A.M. – 7:00 P.M.
- 15+ stages with 1 Native American Circle.
- Prices for 1 day $99 Early Bird Special. 4 days $396.
- Festival transportation pickup near the Jung Hotel and drop off at the festival.
- Food and drinks can be purchase at the festival.
Museums
- World War II Museum (2nd most popular Smithsonian Museum).
- New Orleans Historic Voodoo Museum.
- New Orleans Art Museums (many with varied styles).
- Aquarium.
- New Orleans Historical houses tour (many tours price depends on to many factors).
FLAT BOAT TOURS. 2 hours, based upon size of the boat and if you need transportation to the cruise site.
NEW ORLEANS GHOST ADVENTURE TOURS (Many types including cemeteries and ghost tours).
Tuesday: Arrive and Check in.
Wednesday: Wednesday Night Dinner at Pat O'Briens. Drinks are not included.
Thursday: New Orleans Jazz Festival, 11:00 A.M. - 7:00 P.M. Otherwise do what you want to do.
Friday: New Orleans Jazz Festival, 11:00 A.M. - 7:00 P.M. Otherwise do what you want to do.
Saturday: New Orleans Jazz Festival, 11:00 A.M. - 7:00 P.M. Otherwise do what you want to do.
Sunday: New Orleans Jazz Festival, 11:00 A.M. - 7:00 P.M. Otherwise do what you want to do.
Monday: Finish visiting New Orleans and depart.
NOTE: We will have a trip participants meeting to discuss all the various optional events that we might want to do in New Orleans! Date and location for this meeting TBA. Please feel free to research what you would like to do while in New Orleans and share with the group.

Double occupancy is standard on all trips. UTC attempts to honor roommate and rooming requests, but they are not guaranteed. Final room assignments are at the trip leader(s) discretion as room assignment changes may be required up to the time of trip departure. In some instances, trip participants may be assigned to room with a person they do not know, or may have to share a bed with a person they do not know of the same sex. If you do not wish to share a room or bed, single rooms may be available at additional cost. There may be instances when a trip participant must pay for single occupancy in order to go on the trip. Please check with the trip leader(s) for more information.

Registration cancellations will be accepted until Wednesday, August 25, 2027 at 12:00 AM
Cancellation Policy:
Up the Creek Ski and Recreation Club (“UTC”) has a No Refund Policy for events/trips/activities.
Exceptions to this policy are granted as follows:
[* Medical, injury or death]: A personal medical condition or injury to you with a doctor’s involvement; death in the immediate family (parents, siblings, children, grandparents, NOTE: pets DO NOT count). The registrant cancelling must be able to provide relevant documentation regarding the injury, medical condition or death to obtain a full cancellation refund;
[* The trip is cancelled]: In some circumstances a trip will be cancelled for all registrants. NOTE: If the venue cancels the trip then UTC must receive its refund from the venue before they can issue refunds.
[* Someone cancels for any other reason]: In this case an exception is granted ONLY if the cancelled spot is filled. In the case where a cancelled spot is filled, a cancellation fee is applied based on the price of the trip and the balance is refunded.
Trips priced at $500 or higher: $100 cancellation fee.
Trips priced from $200 to $499: $50 cancellation fee.
Trips price at $199 or lower: $25 cancellation fee.
If you cancel in the seven days prior to the trip start date, you will only be eligible for a refund if the cancellation is due to injury/illness/death and you have provided the proper documentation to the Trip Leader.
You MUST go through your trip leader/host to cancel and seek reimbursement. If you meet the refund requirements, UTC will refund the credit card used for the trip/event payment for the amount that you paid minus any applicable service fee. Please allow up to thirty (30) days from the event/trip/activity end date for any refund checks, credit card refunds, or comps to be issued. Cancellations are typically processed in the order received.

[*] Under no circumstances may a participant advertise their trip for sale.
[*] Only your trip leader/host can fill your spot.
