  • Complimentary shuttle service to/from the Villas to all four mountains, all just a few minutes from each other.
  • Fun and Leisure. When it comes to either, Aspen has it all. Shopping, restaurants, and nightlife … No shortage of stuff to do, see, and places to experience.
  • 6 days of lift passes already included with the IKON Base Pass Plus.

PASS INFORMATION

FULL IKON: $1,049; renewal $949. Includes 7 days at Aspen/Snowmass, 7 days at Jackson Hole, 7 days at A-basin; unlimited Steamboat and much more.  No blackout dates

BASE IKON: $749; renewal $699. Does not include Aspen or Jackson Hole and blackout dates apply.

ADD-ON TO BASE: Pay an extra $150 for 5 days at Aspen/Snowmass and Jackson Hole but still no A-basin or Steamboat. Blackout dates still apply.

You might as well pay another $100 & get the FULL Ikon which includes the places above under Full Ikon. NO BLACKOUT dates.

If you don’t buy a pass, you can purchase discount tickets as shown above – no blackout dates.

Roommate Policy: Double occupancy is standard on all trips.  UTC attempts to honor roommate and rooming requests, but they are not guaranteed.  Final room assignments are at the trip leader’s discretion as room assignment changes may be required up to the time of arrival. In some instances, trip participants may be assigned to room with a roommate they do not know or may have to share a bed (unusual but it has happened).  If you do not wish to share a room or bed, single rooms may be available at an additional cost.  Please check with the trip Leader(s) for more information.

Cancellation Policy:
Up The Creek, herein referred to as “UTC”, has a No Refund Policy for trips with the exception of personal injury with doctors involvement, death in the immediate family (parents, siblings, children, grandparents), or when the trip is sold out. Only the trip leaders can sell your spot. You would then be refunded the amount that you paid less a $20 service charge. Refunds are issued as a credit to your UTC account which you can then use on future trips and events. No Credits/refunds are issued until after the event has occurred. Let your trip leader(s) know ASAP if you need to cancel. Under no circumstances may a participant advertise their trip for sale. In the event an event is cancelled due to something like COVID19, then credits/refunds are issued when UTC receives the refund from the hotel.
