Whether you’re new to the water or a rafting veteran, with our qualified guides, top-of-the-line equipment, and awesome location, you’re guaranteed a fun ride. This is top quality rafting a short drive from Denver. With stunning natural landscapes and more rapids per mile than any other commercially run stretch of white water in Colorado, Clear Creek is the perfect destination for a half day thrill ride!






Your 1/2 day rental includes a wetsuit.  Booties are an additional charge. We will meet at the Downstream Adventures office at 8:30. Address 409 E. Park Avenue, Empire, CO 80438. 844-291-4218. The Mountain Xpress Coffee Shop is located across the street from Downstream Adventures. They have a great breakfast menu, coffee and tea, and we are working on securing a discount for us, last year they were very accommodating.

Cancellation Policy:
Up the Creek Ski and Recreation Club (“UTC”) has a No Refund Policy for events/trips/activities.

Exceptions to this policy are granted as follows:

[* Medical, injury or death]: A personal medical condition or injury to you with a doctor’s involvement; death in the immediate family (parents, siblings, children, grandparents, NOTE: pets DO NOT count). The registrant cancelling must be able to provide relevant documentation regarding the injury, medical condition or death to obtain a full cancellation refund;

[* The trip is cancelled]: In some circumstances a trip will be cancelled for all registrants. NOTE: If the venue cancels the trip then UTC must receive its refund from the venue before they can issue refunds.

[* Someone cancels for any other reason]: In this case an exception is granted ONLY if the cancelled spot is filled. In the case where a cancelled spot is filled, a cancellation fee is applied based on the price of the trip and the balance is refunded.
Trips priced at $500 or higher: $100 cancellation fee.
Trips priced from $200 to $499: $50 cancellation fee.
Trips price at $199 or lower: $25 cancellation fee.

If you cancel in the seven days prior to the trip start date, you will only be eligible for a refund if the cancellation is due to injury/illness/death and you have provided the proper documentation to the Trip Leader.

You MUST go through your trip leader/host to cancel and seek reimbursement. If you meet the refund requirements, UTC will refund the credit card used for the trip/event payment for the amount that you paid minus any applicable service fee. Please allow up to thirty (30) days from the event/trip/activity end date for any refund checks, credit card refunds, or comps to be issued. Cancellations are typically processed in the order received.

[*] Under no circumstances may a participant advertise their trip for sale.
[*] Only your trip leader/host can fill your spot.
