Up The Creek, herein referred to as “UTC”, has a No Refund Policy for trips with the exception of personal injury with doctors involvement, death in the immediate family (parents, siblings, children, grandparents), or when the trip is sold out. Only the trip leaders can sell your spot. You would then be refunded the amount that you paid less a $20 service charge. Refunds are issued as a credit to your UTC account which you can then use on future trips and events. No Credits/refunds are issued until after the event has occurred. Let your trip leader(s) know ASAP if you need to cancel. Under no circumstances may a participant advertise their trip for sale. In the event an event is cancelled due to something like COVID19, then credits/refunds are issued when UTC receives the refund from the hotel.
