Explore the inner world of Metro Denver with a tradition like none other.  All my rowdy friends will be Busing with the “Doo Dah Man” once again.  Consider this a UTC Alumni Event as we try to reunite 5 Decades of Creekers.  It’s time to get young again so “Let’s Roll as the hammer will come down.”  Get pumped!!!  We will be jamming!!!  Cheers to what could be the “Last Ride”


DETAILS:

* 7 hours of cruising on the official party bus of Denver with perimeter seating for maximum socialization.
* The Bus Drivers Tip is included as well. Bottled water and snacks will be provided throughout the night on the party bus.
* All applicable Bar Cover Charges will be waived for the group and thus free admissions.
* We will have a food break (time TBD) which will be burritos.
* Alcohol is not included on the bus but feel free to BYOB on the bus.
* This is the Sequel from 2019.
* We may try new activities never tried before on a UTC Pub Crawl.
* Possible early bailout drop-off at a light rail location.

Cancellation Policy:
Up the Creek Ski and Recreation Club (“UTC”) has a No Refund Policy for events/trips/activities.

Exceptions to this policy are granted as follows:

[* Medical, injury or death]: A personal medical condition or injury to you with a doctor’s involvement; death in the immediate family (parents, siblings, children, grandparents, NOTE: pets DO NOT count). The registrant cancelling must be able to provide relevant documentation regarding the injury, medical condition or death to obtain a full cancellation refund;

[* The trip is cancelled]: In some circumstances a trip will be cancelled for all registrants. NOTE: If the venue cancels the trip then UTC must receive its refund from the venue before they can issue refunds.

[* Someone cancels for any other reason]: In this case an exception is granted ONLY if the cancelled spot is filled. In the case where a cancelled spot is filled, a $50 service charge is applied against the refund.

If you cancel in the seven days prior to the trip start date, you will only be eligible for a refund if the cancellation is due to injury/illness/death and you have provided the proper documentation to the Trip Leader.

You MUST go through your trip leader/host to cancel and seek reimbursement. If you meet the refund requirements, UTC will refund the credit card used for the trip/event payment for the amount that you paid minus any applicable service fee. Please allow up to thirty (30) days from the event/trip/activity end date for any refund checks, credit card refunds, or comps to be issued. Cancellations are typically processed in the order received.

[*] Please let your trip leader(s) know ASAP if you need to cancel.
[*] Under no circumstances may a participant advertise their trip for sale.
[*] Only your trip leader/host can fill your spot.
