Join us for this great 3 night trip! We got an awesome room rate at THE LINQ HOTEL, located on the Las Vegas Strip! Multiple bars with live bands and DJ's within easy walking distance. The rooms are fabulous. We are planning on attending at least 1 show a night, group dinners, and daytime trips depending on what everyone wants to do. There will be some people who want to gamble but we are really gearing this trip to do things other than gambling. There are so many interesting and fun shows and places to go in Vegas! All Rooms have 2 Double Beds, Tuesday Night Welcome Party food and drink included. Show Tickets will be purchased for the group after the planning meeting!
Tentative Trip Itinerary:
This itinerary will change and will be updated as we receive feedback from trip participants on what everyone wants to do in Las Vegas. We will have a trip participants meeting to discuss shows, events, restaurants in March. Here is what we have so far.
Tuesday, May 7th -
4:00 pm Check in at LINQ HOTEL.
5:00 pm Welcome Party in Curtis’s room for drinks, will go down to the food court at Harrahs for Pizza, Salad, desert.
9:00 pm Neil Diamond Show at Alexis Park Resort
11:00 pm Dueling Piano’s Show at Harrah’s Lounge (FREE Show) or one of the bars at the LINQ HOTEL that has a band or DJ.
Wednesday, May 8th -
9:00 am Pool Time!
11:30 am Group Brunch Location TBA
2:00 pm “Big Elvis” FREE show at Harrah’s Lounge. This performer is one of the best Elvis impersonators!
5:00 pm “The Rat Pack is Back” Italian Dinner at the Tuscany Resort, show to follow in the Showroom at 7:30 pm.
9:30 pm High Roller Ferris Wheel, Tickets about $35.
10:40 pm Dueling Pianos at Harrah’s Lounge, FREE Show, or Carousel out door bar by the Linq.

Double occupancy is standard on all trips. UTC attempts to honor roommate and rooming requests, but they are not guaranteed. Final room assignments are at the trip leader(s) discretion as room assignment changes may be required up to the time of trip departure. In some instances, trip participants may be assigned to room with a person they do not know. If you do not wish to share a room single rooms may be available at additional cost. There may be instances when a trip participant must pay for single occupancy in order to go on the trip. Please check with the trip leader(s) for more information.

Cancellation Policy:
Up the Creek Ski and Recreation Club (“UTC”) has a No Refund Policy for events/trips/activities.
Exceptions to this policy are granted as follows:
[* Medical, injury or death]: A personal medical condition or injury to you with a doctor’s involvement; death in the immediate family (parents, siblings, children, grandparents, NOTE: pets DO NOT count). The registrant cancelling must be able to provide relevant documentation regarding the injury, medical condition or death to obtain a full cancellation refund;
[* The trip is cancelled]: In some circumstances a trip will be cancelled for all registrants. NOTE: If the venue cancels the trip then UTC must receive its refund from the venue before they can issue refunds.
[* Someone cancels for any other reason]: In this case an exception is granted ONLY if the cancelled spot is filled. In the case where a cancelled spot is filled, a cancellation fee is applied based on the price of the trip and the balance is refunded.
Trips priced at $500 or higher: $100 cancellation fee.
Trips priced from $200 to $499: $50 cancellation fee.
Trips price at $199 or lower: $25 cancellation fee.
If you cancel in the seven days prior to the trip start date, you will only be eligible for a refund if the cancellation is due to injury/illness/death and you have provided the proper documentation to the Trip Leader.
You MUST go through your trip leader/host to cancel and seek reimbursement. If you meet the refund requirements, UTC will refund the credit card used for the trip/event payment for the amount that you paid minus any applicable service fee. Please allow up to thirty (30) days from the event/trip/activity end date for any refund checks, credit card refunds, or comps to be issued. Cancellations are typically processed in the order received.

[*] Under no circumstances may a participant advertise their trip for sale.
