NOTE: Once you sign up for an activity you will receive emails from "Up The Creek Ski & Rec Club" and/or "ClubExpress Support" depending on the situation. Make sure you add these to your contacts or review your spam/junk folder often for them.

DETAILS:
Let's FIRE up the grills - it's time for our 4TH OF JULY PICNIC!

UTC will supply beef and veggie burgers, hot dogs, condiments and all the paperware. All you need to bring is a side dish that will serve four. The first letter of your last name will determine what the side should be. This will help our picnic offer a nice variety of food.

Last name starting with A - E please bring a Salad that will serve 4
Last name starting with F - J please bring a Fruit that will serve 4
Last name starting with K - O please bring an Appetizer that will serve 4
Last name starting with P - R please bring a Vegetable that will serve 4
Last name starting with S - Z please bring a Dessert that will serve 4

There will be volleyball, cornhole, contests and our DJ, Jimbo, will be providing music for our listening and dancing pleasure.

Please be aware of the following changes:
Due to liability issues, the UTC Board has determined that we can no longer supply beer or wine. The City of Lakewood will allow you to bring your own beer or alcoholic beverages, however, GLASS CONTAINERS ARE NOT PERMITTED. The Club will provide an assortment of various non-alcoholic beverages including seltzers, mineral waters, teas and sodas.

In accordance with the City of Lakewood, CASH PAYMENT CANNOT BE ACCEPTED AT THE PICNIC. You must register and pay on-line prior to the picnic, or at the picnic in order to attend. If you need assistance registering when you arrive, there will be volunteers to assist.

Finally, per the City of Lakewood, SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED at Addenbrooke Park.

ADMISSION:

You must register and pay on-line prior to the picnic or at the picnic in order to attend.
Pricing is as follows through the end of the day, Wednesday, July 2nd.
UTC Dues-paying Members - FREE
Meetup Members, Guests and Non-Members - $15
Pricing after July 2nd, 2025 will be $5 higher.

Don't forget a chair, sunscreen and a hat!
