Information meeting for the new UTC trip: CRUISE The DANUBE, June 7, to June 14, 2025. We are putting together a trip to Europe next summer to Cruise the Danube River. This trip starts in Budapest, Hungry, and ends in Munich, Germany. We have 20 Cabins reserved for double and single occupancy (single occupancy cabins are limited in number). It is an all inclusive trip that will have lots to do and stops in many of Europe’s most interesting cities! We have arranged a group discount with a major tour company and will have a power point presentation at this trip information and planning meeting, presented by Kelley Hogan. If you are interested in going on this trip, please try to attend this information meeting. We have the side room of the Blackbird Public House reserved for our meeting, everyone pays for their own food and drink. Happy Hour goes until 6:00 P.M. If you are going to attend please register for this event so we can let the restaurant know how many people will be attending.

Presently, the trip is FULL, but our WAIT LIST is practically empty. The sooner you sign up on the wait list, the better chance you have of getting on the trip in the event of a cancellation. We will go by the date you sign up, so register here and now: UTAH WAIT LIST . The wait list registration button is near the bottom of the page on the right-hand side. If you are already on the trip, please come to this meeting to find like skiers to ski with, discuss room list, sign up for a carpool, listen to trip leaders as they inform you of important information, hear the latest powder report and ask questions. If you ARE NOT ON THE trip, come and meet others and decide if you‘d like to sign up on the wait list - chances are good that you will get on. You will see us as soon as you walk in. We are not using the back private room. If you are going to the Danube River Cruise meeting at the Blackbird Public House, you are only 2 miles from Choppers and can make this meeting as well. Utah is known as having the GREATEST SNOW ON EARTH. As of the end of December, Alta has a 77" snow base; Brighton has a 58"; Snowbird has a 52"; and Solitude has a 51" base. The locations are closest to where we are staying, and you can ski them with the IKON PASS. A little farther is Park City, which utilizes the EPIC PASS. Your ski coordinator, Steve Petersen, will send out a ski itinerary to those registered on the trip as it gets a little closer.

If you are on the January Steamboat Springs trip or are thinking about getting on the trip waitlist, plan on attending this meet n greet event! We will be matching up roommates for those who don’t have roommates, and you can find car pool buddies if you won’t be taking the optional party bus to Steamboat. Also, see who else is on the trip and find some other people to ski with! We will be reviewing the trip itinerary and answering any questions you may have about the trip. Steamboat Springs Ski Trip, 3 nights at Timber Run Condos.

We have arranged an optional party bus for the ride to and from Steamboat Springs. It is important that we fill the bus because there is very limited parking at Timber Run in Steamboat. We are guaranteed just 2 parking spots per condo, some condos will have 8 people in them so we need to get as many people to be on the bus so we have enough parking spots for those who are carpooling. There is a free shuttle service to the ski area, to town, and for the Sunday night dinner so you do not need a car for the Steamboat Ski Trip.
